Spare Tire Hinge Kit

Summit Machine Spare Tire Hinge Kit. Designed originally for the home fabricator to easy install, our kit set the industry standard for the bumper spare tire pivot. Our design has been incorporated on large and small scale bumper production with proven results. The stout 3" OD DOM housing is partnered with a fully machined center spindle starting from 2" diameter steel. All bearing surfaces are held to a +/-.0005 tolerance to ensure proper fitment. Lower portion of the spindle is 4" making it easily welded in a 2" x 4" rectangle steel (or 4" x 4" square.) The aluminum cap is hexed and comes engraved with our logo.
